Timesheet

Turning in your hours helps the Whatcom Volunteer Center accurately portray volunteerism in Whatcom County. It is necessary if you want to take advantage of the benefits of an enrolled volunteer. Also, by tracking the hours people give to a specific agency, we can provide that agency with information that may help in obtaining grants and other funds associated with the value of donated hours. For 2008, the average value of a volunteer hour was calculated to be $20.25/hour.

Please submit your timesheet by the 5th of the month.

Notes:

  • An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
  • You must enter hours for at least one activity. Please enter partial hourse as a decimal (e.g. “3.5″).
  • Date is a “freeform” field. You may enter a specific date such as “6/22/09″ or something like “Week of 6/22/09″
  • If you volunteered with a group, put the group’s name and the group leader in the “Name” field.
