Project Warm-Up

Project Warm-Up works to distribute warm items (mittens, blankets, hats, etc.) to local agencies that serve low-income and homeless individuals and families. Throughout the year, Whatcom Volunteer Center solicits donations from knitters and crocheters. We tag, store and eventually distribute these items. Annually, we collect more than 2,900 handmade and donated items that make a wonderful difference in many lives.

Fiber Circle

Knitters and crocheters are invited to join our Fiber Circle! We meet the third Thursday of every month from 2pm to 5pm at the Whatcom Volunteer Center.
